Panaitolikos has officially announced that they have acquired 22-year-old winger Salifou Soumah from Malmö on a loan deal. The club's statement confirmed the loan is for the Guinea international, who has four caps, and will last until June 2027. For the last six months of the previous season, Soumah was on loan at Polish club Radomiak, making 12 appearances and scoring one goal. The Greek club's announcement concluded with a welcome for the player. His contract with his parent club, Malmö FF, is valid until December 2029, and his market value is listed by Transfermarkt as €900k. The previous loan agreement for Soumah at Radomiak reportedly included an €800,000 purchase option, which was not activated. It was also said that in May 2026, Malmö FF's asking price for a permanent transfer was approximately €1 million.
