Fenerbahçe has identified Sael Kumbedi as their third option for the right-back position as the club seeks to sign a player under 23 years old to comply with foreign player regulations. Kumbedi's current club, Wolfsburg, underwent a surprise relegation last season, and it is not anticipated that the French player will remain with the team.
