Hannover 96 is among several clubs interested in defensive midfielder Ryan Fosso from Fortuna Sittard. Other German teams reportedly monitoring the 23-year-old include Hertha BSC, Borussia Mönchengladbach, and 1. FC Kaiserslautern. According to Gianluca Di Marzio, Serie B club FC Empoli is also interested in the Swiss player, who also holds Cameroonian citizenship. Fosso's contract with the Dutch club expires in the summer, but Fortuna holds an option to extend it by another year, and he is still expected to be an inexpensive transfer.
