Ronan Hale Transfer from Ross County to Salford City
Fourth-tier Salford City is reportedly interested in Ross County striker Ronan Hale. League One sides Wigan Athletic and Stevenage are also reportedly interested in the 27-year-old. Ross County rejected a third bid from Gillingham, a potential offer of £200,000. After the bid was rejected, the Northern Ireland international submitted a transfer request and informed club officials that he wants to leave. Ross County's chairman is understood to want to keep the player. The club had previously indicated to the Ross-Shire Journal in June that they were not in a position where they needed to sell and would require a significant offer to agree to a sale. Hale, who has one cap for his country, joined Ross County in July 2024 and is under contract until May 2027. In the current Scottish Championship season, he has scored one goal and provided four assists in seven appearances. Transfermarkt estimates his market value to be €400k.
