According to Pete O’Rourke, Wigan's 25-year-old English and Irish midfielder Ronan Darcy is a target for York City. O'Rourke also reports that York City is one of a number of clubs considering a move for the player. Darcy joined Wigan in January 2025 and his contract expires in June 2027.
