Forward Ronald, whose most recent club was Operário-PR, will play for Tombense under coach Cristóvão Borges. Ronald was developed at Internacional and later spent two seasons with Boavista in Portugal before returning to Brazil. He played for Botafogo-SP and then joined Botafogo, where he was part of the squad that won the Série B championship. The attacker also played for CRB and joins Tombense to compete in the Campeonato Mineiro, the Copa do Brasil, and the Série D.
