Roman Volokhatyi Transfer from Inhulets to Obolon'-Brovar

Sport.ua reports that an agreement was reached between the management of Inhulets and Obolon at the end of last year for the transfer of midfielder Roman Volokhatyy. According to available information, the 25-year-old footballer will undergo a medical examination in Kyiv on January 10 and, if no issues are found, will sign a two-year contract with Obolon.

Sport.ua reports that the transfer of central midfielder Roman Volokhatyi from Ingulec to Obolon has been agreed upon. The parties have reached an agreement, and an official announcement of the transfer is pending. Obolon had to pay compensation to Ingulec because Volokhatyi's contract with the First League club was valid until June 30, 2027. According to Sport.ua, the compensation amounted to about $50,000.

Kyiv-based club Obolon is reported to be interested in Roman Volokhatyi, the 25-year-old Ukrainian central midfielder and leader of the First League's 'Inhulets'. The club is making efforts to sign three to four newcomers, including Volokhatyi, before their departure to Turkey on January 17th. The player joined 'Inhulets' last summer as a free agent from 'Nyva' Ternopil and his current contract runs until June 30, 2027. In the current 25/26 Persha Liga season, Volokhatyi has made 18 appearances, scoring 2 goals and providing 4 assists. His current Transfermarkt market value is €350k.
