Roggerio Nyakossi, a central defender for OH Leuven and a Swiss and Togolese national, has attracted interest from the French team Strasbourg, the French club Lyon, the Premier League clubs Everton and Ipswich Town, and the Dutch club Feyenoord. The German teams VfB Stuttgart, Hoffenheim, Augsburg, and Werder Bremen are also interested in the 22-year-old. Nyakossi is the captain of the Swiss U21 team, for which he has 10 caps. He joined his current club in January 2025 and is under contract until 2027. He previously played for Marseille, and it is reported that the French club retains a €6m buy-back clause. His current market value on Transfermarkt is €2.50m.
