Rodrigo Ureña has been identified as a target for his former club, Universitario of Peru. Journalist Carlos Antonio Vélez reported that the rumor of a potential return is growing, citing another newspaper which stated that efforts to bring the midfielder back were intensifying. Ureña joined Millonarios in January 2026, and his contract is valid until December 2027.
