According to Sport.ro, Robert Lăpădătescu has completed his transfer to CSM Slatina. Recognized as a top talent from the Universitatea Craiova academy, Lăpădătescu opted to leave his former club on a free transfer, having declined a contract extension. He has now committed to a 3-year contract with CSM Slatina. The young midfielder has achieved national champion status with Craiova's junior team and took part in the UEFA Youth League in 2023. However, he did not feature in the Superliga last season and only participated in the Youth League, where he secured the Romanian Cup. CSM Slatina announced that Lăpădătescu is their first signing of the summer, expressing their excitement about adding the promising 18-year-old midfielder to their team.
