Ipswich Town player Rio Oudnie-Morgan has joined Havant & Waterlooville, who play in the Southern League Premier Division South, on loan until the end of the season. The 19-year-old forward is a Northern Ireland U21 international with two caps and one goal for that team. He has previously been on loan at Kings' Lynn Town and Billericay Town earlier in the campaign. His new club is managed by Aaron Martin and is ninth in the seventh tier, four points away from the play-offs. Oudnie-Morgan expressed that he is looking forward to starting, playing games, and scoring goals to help the team work towards promotion.
