A Bola reports that Bournemouth and other clubs are showing interest in Richard Ríos. Bournemouth is among the clubs that have surveyed the player, but a formal offer has not yet been made. Benfica aims for a sale of over 30 million euros and only intends for the player to leave on a permanent transfer. However, if a loan were to occur, the club would want to include a clause or purchase option.

According to Gianluigi Longari, Bournemouth is among the clubs interested in signing Richard Rios. The 26-year-old Colombia midfielder from Benfica has also attracted attention from Napoli and Manchester United. Rios joined Benfica from Palmeiras in July 2025 for a reported €27 million and has a contract until 2030.
