Ross County have signed Malaysia international Richard Chin from Raith Rovers for an undisclosed fee. Manager Stuart Kettlewell said he was pleased to bring the player to the club and described him as an exciting winger who provides pace and penetration to their forward line. Kettlewell added that Chin can play in a number of positions across the front line, has goal-scoring ability, and arrives with a good background and experience within Scottish football, which the manager stated is important.
