César Luis Merlo reports that Ricardo Monreal, a 25-year-old Mexican Centre-Forward, is a new signing for Tigres, arriving from Necaxa on a permanent transfer. Monreal has one cap for Mexico and joined Necaxa in January 2020. His current market value is €1.50m, according to Transfermarkt.
