Răzvan Onea, a 28-year-old Romanian right-back, is in the final year of his contract with Rapid. From January 1, 2027, he will be able to sign with any club. Basaksehir, who are currently 12th in the SuperLig in Turkey, have made an offer to Onea and have a strong interest in acquiring him. The Turkish club has proposed a monthly salary of 30,000 euros to Onea, but the player desires a better remuneration, citing that he would join as a free agent. There is a possibility for Onea and Basaksehir to reach an agreement, as the club's representatives are satisfied with the player's qualities. Onea joined FC Rapid 1923 in January 2022. His current market value is €850k, according to Transfermarkt.
