Ludogorets attempted to sign Cruzeiro forward Rayan Lelis. At the start of last week, the Razgrad-based club proposed a one-year loan with financial compensation for the 19-year-old, who plays for Cruzeiro's second team. The offer, which included a purchase option of 3 million euros, was rejected by the Brazilian club because it was considered insufficient. Cruzeiro had recently signed Lelis to a contract until 2030 following a strong tournament performance in February, establishing a 100 million euro release clause for foreign clubs. Other teams have also shown interest; a loan offer from the second-division club Avai was rejected by the player himself, while Udinese is reportedly monitoring the forward but has not made a formal bid.
