Newly promoted Venezia is reportedly interested in Sudtirol's 21-year-old Italian central defender, Raphael Kofler, who could move to Serie A this summer. According to Tuttosport, Udinese is also interested in the player. Cagliari has been following the Sudtirol academy product for some time, although it is unclear if any of the three clubs are prepared to take decisive action in the coming weeks. Kofler has 6 caps and one goal for Italy's U20 team, a contract with FC Südtirol until June 2028, and a current market value of €5.50m according to Transfermarkt. In August 2025, Südtirol's asking price was reportedly €3m.
