According to Tuttosport, Cagliari made every effort to acquire Raphael Kofler in the summer, and new clubs are now intending to attempt to sign him in January.
Tuttomercato has reported that Cagliari is making a decisive effort to acquire young defender Raphael Kofler from Südtirol. Kofler, a central defender born in 2005, has garnered attention from several Serie A clubs, but Cagliari is taking assertive steps to secure his transfer. The estimated transfer fee is between 3 and 4 million euros. Guido Angelozzi, Cagliari's sporting director, is reportedly negotiating to reduce the financial demands in order to finalize the transfer promptly. The club feels the urgency to bolster their defense after their initial target, Stefan Posch from Bologna, appeared inclined to move to Germany. Consequently, Cagliari has intensified their pursuit of Kofler, aiming to enhance their defensive line both presently and in the future. The club is keen to finalize the deal shortly to introduce a fresh and promising talent to their defense.
