According to reports in Turkey, 32-year-old Portuguese international Rafa Silva has been linked with Club Brugge. Silva is a forward who has been capped 25 times for Portugal without scoring. He moved to Besiktas on a free transfer in the summer of 2024 after an eight-year period at Benfica. He is reportedly unsettled at the Turkish club, where he does not have a good relationship with the coach, and has caused significant disruption by threatening to quit football. While Silva wants to leave as soon as possible, Besiktas is taking a firm stance and would require a multi-million payment for him to break his contract. His agent has since stated that the player is indeed dissatisfied but will neither quit nor terminate his contract.
