According to Sportal.bg, Dunav has acquired goalkeeper Plamen Pepelyashev. The 23-year-old Bulgarian arrives in Ruse from Dobrudzha, which he joined in January 2025. Pepelyashev previously developed at the Ludogorets academy, which is regarded as one of the strongest in Bulgarian football. The move to Dunav allows him to continue his career in the First League. His contract at Dobrudzha was set to expire on June 30, 2026. Transfermarkt lists his current market value at €100k.
