Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang is set to join Deportivo La Coruña. The 37-year-old Gabonese international has scored 40 goals in 83 appearances for his country. He had previously reached an agreement with Süper Lig newcomer Corum FK and was not expected to move to Spain. Several other clubs from Turkey and Italy were also linked with the striker. Aubameyang is being allowed to leave Olympique Marseille for a fee of 1.5 million euros with one year left on his contract. According to Transfermarkt, he has a current market value of €2.50m. The Spanish top-flight club is expected to officially present him in the coming hours, which marks his return to Spain four years after he played for FC Barcelona.
