According to Lorenzo Lepore, Sturm Graz have secured the FK Javor Ivanjica defender, Serbian centre-back Petar Petrović, ahead of KRC Genk.

Genk still has interest in Petar Petrovic, according to transferwatcher Lorenzo Lepore. In January, they reportedly made a bid of 1 million euro for Petar Petrovic, but it was rejected by FK Javor Ivanjica. Genk may make a new attempt in the summer.

Petar Petrović, a 20-year-old Serbian centre-back for Javor Ivanjica, is the subject of serious interest from KRC Genk. Parma, FC Metz, Stade Brestois, two MLS sides, and a Saudi club have also registered their interest. His representatives, Goran Čelar and Nikola Petković, have stated that a move within Europe is the priority. With an expected fee between €1.5M and €2M, Javor Ivanjica are expected to break their all-time transfer record. Petrović joined the club in July 2024 and is under contract until June 30, 2028. He has two caps for the Serbia U21 team, and his current market value is €1.50m, according to Transfermarkt.
