Braga, a club from Portugal, was one of several teams to make a move for Paysandu's 18-year-old Brazilian midfielder, Pedro Henrique. Another Portuguese club, Estrela Amadora, also made an approach. The Paysandu board rejected proposals from both Internacional and Fortaleza. According to reports in April 2026, Flamengo was close to a deal worth R$3 million (approx. €540,000) for 85% of the player's rights.
