According to Tipsbladet, a potential transfer for Pedro Ganchas to his home country could tempt him to depart from Silkeborg. The transfer window in Portugal is open until September 15.

Reports indicate that Pedro Ganchas is exploring options away from a future at Silkeborg IF. The club director stated that while there was nothing concrete as of the previous day, Pedro Ganchas is among two or three players who would like a change.

Silkeborg's sporting director, Jesper Stüker, spoke to bold.dk about Pedro Ganchas, who has been linked with a move to Pogon Szczecin. Stüker confirmed that Silkeborg is not conducting negotiations with any club regarding the player. He also stated that while Ganchas and others may attract interest, he cannot currently imagine Pedro leaving. Ganchas's contract with Silkeborg is valid until 31 December 2028, and a set release fee would need to be paid for any potential departure.

Portuguese centre-back Pedro Ganchas, 26, is a target for Pogon Szczecin, and negotiations are underway with his Danish employer regarding the possible terms of the transfer. Ganchas joined Silkeborg IF in July 2024, is under contract until the end of 2028, and has a current market value of €1.70m, according to Transfermarkt. The former Portugal U20 international, for whom he has one cap, made 20 appearances in the 2025/2026 Superliga season, scoring one goal and providing one assist.
