Previously, Tomasz Włodarczyk from Meczyki.pl had reported on the potential transfer of Paweł Dawidowicz to the team led by Łukasz Tomczyk. Dawidowicz's contract with Hellas Verona expired recently, and he has been searching for a new employer.

Raków Częstochowa is close to completing the transfer of Paweł Dawidowicz. The 30-year-old defender has been a free agent since leaving the Saudi Arabian club Al-Hazem, where he terminated his contract before his debut due to family matters. The player decided to end his agreement, valued at 1.3 million euros per year, after spending three weeks in Saudi Arabia.
