Paweł Dawidowicz Transfer to Pogoń Szczecin

In a conversation with Przemysław Langier, Pogoń Szczecin's vice president, Tan Kesler, confirmed the club's interest in signing Paweł Dawidowicz. Kesler stated that they are watching Dawidowicz, whom he described as a solid player and a national team member. Kesler explained that Pogoń has the most foreign players among Ekstraklasa clubs and requires Polish players for balance. He also said that they have contacted Dawidowicz, who, according to Kesler, has many options but is certainly considering the offer. The vice president stated that a compromise is needed between the player's expectations and the club's, particularly since Dawidowicz has not played for some time. Kesler added that the player has expressed interest in Pogoń, but that it is too early for a definitive comment.

Portal Goal.pl reported that the 30-year-old defender may return to the PKO BP Ekstraklasa and play for Pogoń Szczecin. Goal.pl writes that they have received news that Pogoń Szczecin is interested in the player as they are looking for a central defender, but that the term 'interest' is the most suitable description. According to their information, Duma Pomorza is considering this candidacy but has not taken decisive steps. Journalist Piotr Koźmiński adds that a problem in signing the contract may be Dawidowicz's past, specifically his frequent injuries. There are some doubts about this possibility due to the player's injury history and the fact that he has not played for 8 months. Pogoń has a longer list of candidates for the central defense position, and it appears that the final player to be targeted has not yet been decided.

Pogoń Szczecin has an interest in Paweł Dawidowicz, who has been without a club for more than six months since his departure from Hellas Verona. The club, owned by Alex Haditaghi, is seeking to strengthen its central defense and has the 30-year-old on a list of potential candidates. While no definitive actions have been taken to sign him, the possibility of a move exists and will increase if the 'Portowcy' cannot find other options. A previous potential transfer for the defender to Al-Hazem in Saudi Arabia reportedly did not proceed because of off-field matters.
