Pavle Vagić leaving Hammarby?
According to Mikael Hjelmberg, if they accept a visit by Pavle Vagic to a club, his return is unlikely and they expect him to leave.
According to Sportbladet, Pavle Vagic is leaving Hammarby for Chinese Liaoning Tieren F.C. The club has confirmed that Pavle Vagic has received permission to visit a foreign club. Sporting director Mikael Hjelmberg stated that there has been concrete interest in Pavle from a foreign club and that they have given him permission to visit it. Hjelmberg also stated that they will see what the outcome is. It is confirmed that Vagic will be absent at the start of the season because he is visiting a foreign club.
Hammarby is in agreement with Liaoning Tieren F.C for a transfer of 25-year-old Swedish centre-back Pavle Vagić. The deal is expected to become official within the coming weeks. Pavle Vagić has been a key player for Hammarby since joining from Norwegian club Rosenborg in July 2022. His contract with the club runs until the end of 2026. Vagić has not yet been capped by the Swedish national team. His market value is estimated by Transfermarkt to be €2.50m.
