Widzew Łódź announced that Pape Meïssa Ba will spend the rest of the season on loan at French club Red Star FC. The agreement between the clubs does not include a purchase option. The player will return to Łódź in the summer, and a decision regarding his future at the club will be made then. The Senegalese striker has previously played for Red Star FC.

Red Star is in advanced discussions with Widzew Łódź regarding the return of Senegalese striker Pape Meissa Ba. The potential deal for the 28-year-old is a loan without a purchase option.
