Ousmane Sow leaving Górnik Zabrze?

Bartłomiej Gabryś stated that if the financial situation forces Górnik, they cannot rule out a sale. He mentioned that the probability of such decisions increases in the winter period, although he would prefer to avoid this for sporting reasons. Gabryś clarified that as of today, they are not deciding anything and have neither offers nor a list of players for sale. It appears that Ousmane Sow is one of the players on whom the club could potentially earn the most.

According to slaskisport.pl, Michal Gašparík stated that he is concerned there may be calls to Zabrze for Ousmane Sow in the winter. Gašparík expressed that the club wants to build a stronger Górnik and that they cannot immediately sell their best players, which indicates an intention to keep Sow. Gašparík referenced the recent contract extension with Patrik Hellebrand as an example of this approach.

A club from Belgium proposed a loan with an obligatory buyout option for Ousmane Sow, a 25-year-old French-Senegalese winger. The player declined the move, preferring to stay at Górnik Zabrze. His contract with the Polish club is set to expire in June 2027, and his market value is estimated by Transfermarkt to be €500k. Egyptian club Zamalek has also been linked with the player.
