Ousmane Sow rejected financially attractive offers because he wants to leave a mark at Gornik Zabrze. He stated to Piotr Kozminski from Goal.pl that he turned down the option of earning four times more money than currently by moving to Egyptian club Zamalek.

Zamalek offered 400 thousand euro for Ousmane Sow and the club wanted to give the player a fourfold salary increase, but the player did not intend to move to Egypt.
