Sport 5 reports that Maccabi Haifa is interested in signing Israeli goalkeeper Omri Glazer from Crvena zvezda and hopes to do so without a transfer fee. According to the same source, Glazer is working on terminating his contract with Crvena zvezda, and this is currently the only obstacle to officially signing the contract, as his terms with Maccabi have been principally agreed upon. Bahar brought Glazer to Crvena zvezda from Hapoel Be'er Sheva and now wants to cooperate with the Israel international again.

Maccabi plans to sign 30-year-old Israeli national team goalkeeper Omri Glazer from Crvena Zvezda as a replacement for their current goalkeeper, Georgiy Yermakov, who is in the final stages of a transfer to Kharkiv. The potential signing of Glazer is being facilitated by Maccabi's head coach, Barak Bachar, who is already familiar with the player. Glazer joined the Serbian club in July 2023, made 40 appearances in the Super liga Srbije last season, and has a contract that runs until 2027.
