Maccabi plans to sign 30-year-old Israeli national team goalkeeper Omri Glazer from Crvena Zvezda as a replacement for their current goalkeeper, Georgiy Yermakov, who is in the final stages of a transfer to Kharkiv. The potential signing of Glazer is being facilitated by Maccabi's head coach, Barak Bachar, who is already familiar with the player. Glazer joined the Serbian club in July 2023, made 40 appearances in the Super liga Srbije last season, and has a contract that runs until 2027. According to Transfermarkt, his current valuation is €1.50m.
