Ulaus Skarsem, a 27-year-old Norwegian central midfielder, refused an offer from his home country Norway, where the transfer window closed on Tuesday evening. He preferred to stay with CSKA's reserve team until the end of the campaign and will only enter negotiations to terminate his contract in the summer. Skarsem's contract is until June 2027. The Norway U21 international has made 13 appearances and scored one goal in the efbet Liga this season. He joined CSKA Sofia in February 2024 for a reported fee of €500k. He has recently been linked with a return to his former club Kristiansund. His current Transfermarkt market value is €300k.
