Noel Törnqvist, the 23-year-old Swedish goalkeeper of Mjällby and a standout performer in the Swedish league, is in advanced negotiations with Stade Brestois. Brest is interested in Törnqvist to provide competition for their current goalkeeper, Radoslaw Majecki, who is on loan from AS Monaco. His contract with Mjällby runs until December 31, 2026, and Transfermarkt estimates his current market value at €1.30m. Empoli has also been linked with the player.
