Noah Weißhaupt joined Hannover on a temporary transfer until June 30, 2026.

Legia Warszawa has shortened Noah Weißhaupt's loan, and the player has moved to Hannover 96 on a loan basis. There is an option for Hannover 96 to make the transfer permanent at the end of the season. Noah Weißhaupt said that when the opportunity to join Hannover 96 arose, he was determined to take it. He stated that the team's style of play is well-suited to his strengths and that he did some research beforehand and heard only positive information about the team. Weißhaupt added that for this reason he is very enthusiastic about starting training and quickly familiarizing himself with their style of play. He has already arrived in Turkey, where he will begin preparations for the spring campaign with his new team.

According to Bild, Noah Weißhaupt has been transferred to Hannover 96 on loan. The loan is until the end of the season, and the club has a purchase option. Weißhaupt, who was most recently on loan at Legia Warszawa, arrived in Belek on Sunday evening and was a spectator at the test match against Gladbach on Monday morning. This is the first transfer for Jörg Schmadtke, the new sporting boss at Hannover 96. Noah Weißhaupt will wear the number 10 shirt at the club.

According to Bild, all parties are interested in prematurely terminating Noah Weißhaupt's loan at Legia Warszawa from his parent club, Freiburg, with negotiations reportedly underway for a new loan to Hannover 96. Bild also states the 24-year-old German winger would have a greater chance for playing time at the second-division club due to health issues within their squad. Legia had a three million euro purchase option for the player which the club will not be exercising, and it is considered highly possible an agreement could be reached before the end of the week.
