Spartak Moscow player Vladislav Saus, who previously played for Baltika, stated that if he could select one player from his former club to join his current one, he would choose Nikolay Titkov, a 25-year-old Russian central midfielder. Saus explained that his choice was due to their close, friendly relationship and his belief that Titkov has good qualities and could contend for a position in the team. According to 'RB Sport', before making his specific choice, Saus had also noted that many Baltika players were of a sufficient standard to transfer to other teams. Titkov joined Baltika Kaliningrad in July 2025, and his contract is valid until June 2028. His market value is estimated by Transfermarkt to be €1.00m.
