Croatian centre-back Nikola Soldo, 25, made a statement indicating his ambition to go back to play in Germany in response to a question about returning to the country. Soldo joined his current club Botev Plovdiv in July 2025 and is under contract until June 30, 2027. The former Croatia U21 international has a current market value of €400k, according to Transfermarkt.
