Niklas Dorsch, a 28-year-old German midfielder from the relegated club Heidenheim, is the subject of interest from VfL Wolfsburg, which was also relegated from the Bundesliga. The midfielder has also attracted interest from Lech Poznań and teams from Major League Soccer. It is reported that Dorsch has a release clause in his contract valued at 1.5 million euros. A former Germany U21 international, he joined Heidenheim in August 2024 and made 32 Bundesliga appearances last season. His contract is valid until June 2028, and Transfermarkt lists his current market value at €2.50m.
