Celje's Russian midfielder Nikita Iosifov, 24, responded to reports of interest from Spartak Moscow, confirming that there had been interest and offers from Russia. He stated that he is not ready to return as he consciously chose his path and wants to build his career in Europe. Iosifov's current contract with the Slovenian club is valid until the summer of 2026. According to the Transfermarkt portal, his market value is estimated at €1.20m. The winger, who joined Celje in August 2024 and has two caps for Russia's U21 team, has scored 5 goals and provided 4 assists in 17 Prva Liga appearances this season.
