Nikita Demchenko, a 23-year-old Belarusian international offensive midfielder, was announced as the first winter signing for Vizela, which was the 5th-placed team in Liga2. Demchenko arrives from Dinamo Minsk, where he played his entire professional career, making 112 appearances and winning two Belarusian championships and a Super Cup. In his last season, he contributed two goals and two assists across 25 official matches, which helped facilitate his move to the Portuguese league. He signed a contract valid for three and a half seasons, until the end of 2028/29. In his first statements, Demchenko said he was very happy to take this important step in his career and expressed a strong desire to help Vizela achieve its goals.
