Genoa's first-choice goalkeeper, Nicola Leali, is reportedly a candidate for the reserve goalkeeper position at Juventus. The club is seeking an alternative to its primary keeper, Michele Di Gregorio, as Mattia Perin is set to join Genoa to secure more playing time. Paolo Pirisi, a journalist for Tuttosport and a Juventus insider, has stated that after Perin is sold, Juventus will evaluate its options, and that Leali is being considered along with Dominik Livaković and Lazio's reserve keeper, Christos Mandas. The 32-year-old Italian joined Genoa in July 2023 and has a contract with the club until June 2026. This season, he has made 16 appearances in Serie A, and his market value is currently €1.50m, according to Transfermarkt.
