Niclas Füllkrug Transfer from West Ham United to Milan

The Italian newspaper La Gazzetta dello Sport has reported that AC Milan are interested in Niclas Füllkrug. It is reported that the German striker is interested in the move and is being linked with a loan deal.

According to Tuttomercato, Milan considers Niclas Füllkrug as an option for the attack, and the club had already followed him last season. At West Ham his playing time has been reduced and the striker is seeking more minutes and a more central role to re-enter the German national team setup.

Niclas Füllkrug, who plays for West Ham, has been offered to other clubs. However, according to CdS, his profile is not one that necessarily appeals to the Rossoneri.

According to Tuttomercato, AC Milan are interested in acquiring a forward from West Ham and are particularly focused on Fullkrug. AC Milan are still looking for a forward and are considering clubs in England, specifically West Ham. The German is seeking to leave the London club and it could be a low-cost operation.

According to Fabrizio Romano, Füllkrug was an option for Milan a year and a half ago, but the club's priority was Tammy Abraham. Romano also stated that Füllkrug could be a market option for January. In a recent meeting in London, West Ham informed the player that his time in London has concluded and that he is available for transfer in the January market. West Ham is willing to sell Füllkrug, and he will be offered to Italian clubs in the coming days.

Amid West Ham's striker problems, an exit in January for 32-year-old German international Niclas Füllkrug is considered the best option for all parties. He has made 6 appearances in the Premier League this season without scoring a goal or providing an assist. According to Claret & Hugh, AC Milan would be open to a swap deal that would see their number nine, Santiago Gimenez, move to the London club in exchange for Füllkrug. The Italian side reportedly views the German as a low-risk option because of his record in the Bundesliga. An opportunity for West Ham has arisen as Gimenez has scored just one goal in 11 appearances for Milan, and a potential deal would allow West Ham to secure a replacement immediately if Gimenez agrees to the move. Füllkrug, who has 24 caps and 14 goals for Germany, joined West Ham in August 2024 and has a contract until 2028. His current market value is €10.00m, according to Transfermarkt. VfL Wolfsburg and SV Werder Bremen have also been linked with the striker.
