Nick Woltemade Transfer from VfB Stuttgart to Inter

Inter Milan has shown interest in acquiring Nick Woltemade, a promising forward from Stuttgart, who is currently participating in the U21 European Championship with the German national team. Woltemade has made a significant impact, topping the goal-scoring charts with 5 goals. Nevertheless, Stuttgart's valuation of Woltemade stands at approximately 40 million euros, which exceeds Inter's current budget. In spite of this, Inter is investigating alternative methods to secure the player's transfer. Stuttgart's general director, Alexander Wehrle, mentioned that the club intends to retain Nick for the upcoming season and is maintaining regular discussions with the player and his representatives.

Nick Woltemade has attracted interest from several clubs across Europe, including Inter in Italy. However, Stuttgart's general manager, Alexander Wehrle, has stated that they will continue with Nick for the next season. Wehrle also mentioned that there are ongoing negotiations for a contract renewal, which is currently set to expire on June 30, 2028. Wehrle emphasized that there is no immediate need for action and that they are in constant dialogue with their players and agents.

Inter Milan is also interested in Nick Woltemade, as they look to reinforce their attack. He is seen as one of the new additions for Inter's frontline under their new coach, Chivu. According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Inter, who were the recent runners-up in the Champions League, are in competition with Atlético de Madrid for the Stuttgart forward. Woltemade is considered a key target for bolstering the attack in Chivu's first season at the helm. Transfermarkt currently estimates his market worth at 30 million euros.
