Tuttomercato reports that Virtus Entella has announced it has permanently signed midfielder Niccolò Squizzato. The club stated that the central midfielder was born in 2002, has made a permanent move to Chiavari from Pescara, and is now an Entella player.

According to Tuttomercato, Niccolò Squizzato stated the negotiations for his permanent move to Virtus Entella were very quick. The player said he learned of Virtus Entella's interest a few days prior and immediately spoke with director Superbi, who explained the club's history and prospects for the season. Squizzato added that it was not difficult to accept and everything was completed in a few days.

Squizzato's future with Pescara is expected to be away from the club, a situation influenced by the recent arrival of Jacopo Sardo from Monza. A transfer would conclude the 2002-born player's two-and-a-half-year period at Pescara, during which he made 91 appearances and scored one goal.
