Presidential candidates at Fenerbahçe want to terminate the contract of 32-year-old Portuguese right-back Nelson Semedo because of its high cost. Semedo, who earns 4 million euros annually at the club, has a contract that expires in 2027. The defender joined Fenerbahçe in July 2025 and has offers from his home country. According to Transfermarkt, his current market value is €7.00m. Semedo has been capped 48 times by Portugal.
