Néider Parra, a 21-year-old Colombian defender for Atlético Nacional, has attracted interest from European clubs. Julián Capera reported that scouts from the Premier League and Serie A were present to watch him. Representatives from Brighton and Bournemouth were among the English teams observing the player during a match against Junior. Porto, Ajax, and Palmeiras also had observers present. It is reported that other English teams, such as Leeds United and Hull City, have also taken notice of the defender, and their scouting departments are said to have been in Colombia. According to some reports, Atlético Nacional has an internal valuation of approximately $3 million for 80% of the player's rights; however, this figure is a valuation and not a formal offer from any club. Parra joined Atlético Nacional in February 2026 and is under contract until June 2028. He made 11 appearances in the domestic league in the 2025/26 season, and his current market value is listed by Transfermarkt as €800k.
