Rubin announced the transfer of 28-year-old Albania national team midfielder Nazmi Gripshi, who has signed a contract with the Kazan team until the summer of 2029 and will wear the number 11 jersey. Gripshi's last club was Astana, where he had played since the summer of 2024, scoring 25 goals and providing 12 assists in 53 matches across all competitions. Before his time in Kazakhstan, the midfielder played for Albanian clubs Teuta and Skenderbeu, as well as Balkani from Kosovo. He has one cap for Albania. According to Transfermarkt, his current market value is €1.50m.
