Nathan Zeze Transfer from Nantes to Everton
Everton have shown interest in Nantes centre-back Nathan Zeze as part of their strategy to strengthen their defense. This interest has been reported by sources from TEAMtalk and the French outlet Ouest-France. The club is considering Zeze as a potential addition, especially with Michael Keane's contract set to expire on June 31, prompting his departure. Everton's new owners, The Friedkin Group, are supporting manager David Moyes in a significant transfer window aimed at enhancing the squad in various areas. Nevertheless, Everton are facing competition from Bournemouth and Aston Villa for the 19-year-old's signature. It has been reported that Bournemouth have already made a verbal offer of approximately €20m (£16.9m), which was below Nantes' expectations. Although Everton have not submitted a formal bid yet, this situation might change as Moyes works on finalizing the squad's setup for the upcoming season.
