Nasser Al-Dawsari Transfer from Al Hilal to Cercle Brugge
Cercle Brugge has officially proposed a transfer for Nasser Al-Dawsari, a 26-year-old midfielder currently playing for Al-Hilal. Despite his notable performances at the Club World Cup, where he played in all five matches and contributed to Al-Hilal's progress to the quarterfinals, it is understood that Al-Hilal's coach, Simone Inzaghi, views him as an essential member of the team and is anticipated to decline the offer. Al-Dawsari is experiencing significant competition for his position at Al-Hilal from fellow players Ruben Neves and Sergej Milinkovic-Savic, which led to him being mostly utilized as a substitute last season. Yet, his exceptional displays during the Club World Cup have garnered interest from not only Cercle Brugge but also Sporting Braga. Nonetheless, Al-Hilal appears reluctant to sanction his exit, whether on a permanent or temporary basis, rendering a transfer to the Jan Breydelstadion improbable.
