According to the Saudi newspaper Al-Riyadiah, 29-year-old Saudi Arabian defender Muteb Al-Mufarrij, a current Al-Taawoun player and former Al-Hilal player, is of interest to Al-Ittihad in the Roshen Professional League, with the intention of signing him during the upcoming summer transfer window.
