Bold.dk reports that Randers FC has announced the sale of Musa Touré to the Australian club Macarthur FC. The club states that Touré wished to return to Australia to be closer to his family and that a good solution was found with Macarthur FC. According to football director Søren Pedersen, Randers FC will remain part of the story if Touré takes the next step in his career. The transfer can be completed because clubs in Australia can make transfers until September 15, while the transfer window in Denmark closed on Wednesday.

The 20-year-old striker will soon travel to his home country to join an as-yet unnamed Australian club. Musa Touré previously played for the Australian club Adelaide United, where he first gained prominence, before being sold to the French club Clermont Foot in summer 2024. Randers signed Musa Touré from Clermont Foot at the start of 2025, but he has only played 20 matches for the club.

Musa Touré is described as a player who could attract interest from other clubs. Søren Pedersen states that there have been no concrete approaches and that it is not realistic for Musa Touré to leave. Pedersen also said he is not sure Randers would accept an approach so late in the window.

The centre-forward joined the club in February 2025 and his contract runs until June 2028.
